**Leaf Busters Policies**

 

At Leaf Busters, we strive to provide efficient and exceptional yard cleanup services. Please review our policies for a seamless experience:

 

1. **Estimate Accuracy**:

   Estimates may change based on the actual scope of work. We'll always communicate any adjustments before proceeding.

 

2. **Payment Information**:

   After confirming your estimate, and then completing a service a secure pay link will be sent with an invoice. If you are in a routine service like lawn care we will require a card on file. A secure link will be sent to collect this information. For larger jobs we may require a deposit. 

 

3. **Cancellation Policy**:

   We have a $50 same-day cancellation charge. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice won't incur any charges.

 

4. **Communication**:

   We may contact you for scheduling or job details. Your convenience is important to us.

 

5. **Scheduling**:

   We'll work with you to find a suitable time for our services. If we can access your property, you don't necessarily need to be present during the service.

 

6. **Arrival Notifications**:

   We'll notify you the day before and the day of our arrival.

 

7. **City-Specific Service Days**:

   For customers in Rexburg, Rigby, and Shelley, services may be scheduled on specific days to optimize operations.

 

8. **Unforeseen Circumstances**:

   If certain details were not disclosed or if unforeseen circumstances arise, Leaf Busters cannot be held liable for additional time required.

 

9. **Unforeseen Incidents**:

   Severe weather, equipment malfunctions, or other uncontrollable events may affect our ability to complete a scheduled service. We'll promptly reschedule and communicate with you to minimize any inconvenience.

 

**Payment Terms**:

Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice after the service is complete. We accept credit or debit cards. For commercial accounts, we offer a 30-day payment term.
